The American Museum of Natural History will be kicking off its 2016–2017 social season in October with the annual Family Party, a favorite event for children and parents alike, and the Museum Gala in November.
MUSEUM GALA: Thursday, November 17, 2016
The highlight of the fall season, the much-anticipated Museum Gala will be held on Thursday, November 17, from 7 to 10:30 pm. More than 700 guests are expected to attend this year’s dazzling gala. The evening begins with cocktails in the Theodore Roosevelt Rotunda, followed by dinner, a live auction of extraordinary items, and a live musical performance in the Milstein Hall of Ocean Life.
The 2016 Museum Gala chairs are: Jodie and John Eastman, Tina Fey and Jeff Richmond, and Alice and Lorne Michaels.
