CHELSEA FILM FESTIVAL 4th EDITION
What: Chelsea Film Festival is an international film festival, that showcases first and second films with a social issue focus. The Festival presented 130 Official Selections since its creation in 2013. CFF will be presenting 90 films, including 23 features and 67 short films from around the world. Focus: Youth, French Caribbean Filmmakers and Women making Virtual Reality.

Boris Diaw (Spurs Team), Cedric the Entertainer, Damon Dash, Carmen Chaplin, Sonia Rolland (ex Miss France) will be presenting their films as world premieres this year, as part of the New Wave Short Film Series Program.
French Caribbean indie filmmakers (Joffrey Renambatz, Neneb Bepe, Marie Sandrine Bacoul, Khris Burton, Nicolas Polixene and Johann Nertomb) have received great prizes at Cannes Film Festival and around the world, will be showing their films for the first time in New York.
Why: The Chelsea Film Festival was created to raise awareness and give voice to emerging filmmakers to make the world a better place.
